Making art helps us be present and express feelings beyond words. It provides enjoyment, recreation, and relaxation.
These workshops will guide you through lines, shapes, and colors with an intention to show that
life is about realizing possibilities.

ART MATERIALS TO PREPARE:
Acrylic or Watercolor or Ink paint (recommend: Liquitex Basics - Primary Set of 5)
Palettes or paper plates to max colors (Ice cubes tray box with cover is prefect!)
Minimal 2 brushes (pointed and flat tip, a calligraphy brush is a plus)
Soft pencil and black drawing pen or marker
Watercolor paper (recommend: Canson xl watercolor pads)
Glass of water and paper towel
Once you have these materials, you will be able to use them for a long life of art-making!
WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Please be on time and come with an intention of what you would like to learn from this session.
This is an Expressive Painting therapeutic class. Any age are welcome. However, please guild your young ones to process the formless expression. Enter the workshop with mute so I can focus on sharing my painting progress. We will have the interactive time in between and at the end of the workshop. If you like to work on your specific intention, please schedule a private one to one session with me.
