My trip to Hawaii was so inspiring.

As I was driving on the road to Hana in Maui, I saw beautiful waterfalls and rainbows! Then I saw this this VW ice cream van and had to stop and explore.

There was a sign outside that said:

"Remember you've worked your entire life to be here! BE PRESENT.”

This is part of what I love... that adventure is not just external, but movement that happens inside us. We are all on a journey into our own heart.

This spirit of discovery is reflected in the way I approach my art. I often come to a blank canvas wondering what will unfold.

This kind of curiosity makes life more interesting, and is possible through an embrace of pure presence.

When I am fully present in the now, my whole consciousness transforms into a different state of awareness. I am open to flowing with what is.
